The Making Memories Flutter program is perfect for spring photos and layouts.

1. Trim background paper to 6" x 6".
2. Trim a 1" x 6" piece of specialty paper and adhere it to the bottom of layout.
3. Use scallop scissor to create a boarder and adhere it to page as shown.
4. Adhere photo on page.
5. Assemble Design Shop embellishments to complete layout.
