Shane Cullimore's personal mantra is more than just lip service: it's what has driven him to help transform the scrapbooking industry for more than 15 years. The company's vice president of sales started his craft industry career at Making Memories in 1999. Years later, he took a brief hiatus to launch Crafter's Home - the industry's largest and most recognized group of independently owned retail stores - before "coming home" to Making Memories in 2008. Throughout his tenure at all of these positions, he has devoted his energies to helping store owners maximize their impact and profits.

Making "Great" even "Better" applies to more than just his customers, though. Shane is also devoted to building his industry expertise by holding active positions on advisory boards for the Professional Scrapbook Retailers Association (PRSO) and the Photo Marketing Association (PMA).

Of course, Shane does find some balance to his pursuit of excellence by spending time with his wife and four children, and working on his golf game. Then again, he boasts a zero handicap, so apparently the drive permeates all aspect of his life.
