When you have more than 5,500 individual products in your collection, you'd better have someone incredibly talented to oversee its comings and goings. Fortunately, Michael Josephson fits the bill. As an expert in supply chain management, Josephson has more than 22 years experience in purchasing, sourcing product, and inventory control. Today, this senior manager of soft goods is putting his skills to work at Making Memories' 50,000 square foot warehouse. With the help of his AIW Training (Accelerated Improvement Workshops) Josephson also has helped simplify the company's processes while also reducing inventory and speeding up time from production to shipping.

When Josephson is "out of the office," he means that literally, he shares an avid passion for the outdoors with his wife of 24 years and their two children, with whom he goes camping, fishing, hunting, and ATV riding. They also claim to have blood that runs blue-and purple, as the biggest and longest-running fans of their Utah Jazz.
