Jodi VanSkiver is one key reason Making Memories boasts such a wide fan base. Best recognized by her perfect curls and steadfast work ethic, this customer service manager knows how to keep people happy. Since joining the company nearly four years ago, VanSkiver has helped institute replacement and warrantee programs that embody the concept of "over delivering." The result: loyal and passionate clients who return to Making Memories over and over again.

VanSkiver maintains her energy by training for and competing in triathlons, or playing water polo. She recently received her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Utah.
