Making Memories

Dan joined Making Memories in February of 2008 after working as a consultant for the business. Dan has actively pursued and secured the license for the Slice and has brought a reinvigorated focus to Making Memories' product pipe-line, market positioning strategy and channel expansion. His past experience included 13 years in petro-chemicals and consumer packaging with Huntsman/Nova Chemicals, where Dan lead a $500M European sales and marketing team based in Fribourg, Switzerland. In 2005, Dan joined Direct Financial Solutions as CEO - an Internet-based consumer finance business with 280 employees. During his tenure, revenue doubled and staff-count was cut in half due to automated loan underwriting and call-center optimization. Dan has led several successful M&A integrations and business divestments. Dan received his BS in Finance from the University of Utah and his MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
