Our Customer Service team is seeking an experienced Full-time, in-house Customer Service/Consumer Affairs Rep to provide support to our independent sales accounts and consumer affairs program through answering incoming customer and consumer calls and emails regarding questions on products, taking orders by phone, fax, and web. Enter orders into Mas 500. Create and maintain consumer Return Merchandise Authorizations in tracking system, troubleshoot, test and ship repaired/replaced product and other related customer service/consumer affairs duties as assigned.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Consumer Affairs. Must be able to type a minimum of 55 wpm, and be proficient in 10-key.
