Customer Service/Consumer Care Rep

Our Customer Service team is seeking an experienced Full-time, in-house Customer Service/Consumer Affairs Rep to provide support to our independent sales accounts and consumer affairs program through answering incoming customer and consumer calls and emails regarding questions on products, taking orders by phone, fax, and web. Enter orders into Mas 500. Create and maintain consumer Return Merchandise Authorizations in tracking system, troubleshoot, test and ship repaired/replaced product and other related customer service/consumer affairs duties as assigned.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Consumer Affairs. Must be able to type a minimum of 55 wpm, and be proficient in 10-key.

Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office, 10 key by touch, customer service experience
  • Consumer Affairs experience preferred, Mas 500 experience preferred
  • High School graduate
  • Ability to work well with people throughout the company
  • Friendly and courteous demeanor, patience when dealing with customers
  • Attention to detail with great follow up skills.
